Fayth Hospitality Group, LLC (FHG) was formed in early 2018 to continue the hotel investment efforts of a group of family offices.  The two principles are Randy Churchey and Greg Fay, who have each been in the hotel business for over 20 years.  Together Greg and Randy have extensive experience in all aspects of the lodging business, including  ground-up development, acquisition, hotel property management and investment management.
